Job Summary
This role requires coordination with team members in US timezones, so normal working hours will be 9am-5pm CST/CDT.
In this role, you will create project onboarding materials and manage a diverse group of Transcendental Meditation® (TM®) national office stakeholders as their TM organizations adopt new tools and services around the world. You will be instrumental in creating an onboarding strategy and building the educational materials needed to support TM teachers and national offices. You will be responsible for stakeholder management, which includes project coordination, building key relationships, handling agreement negotiations, and keeping multiple parties aligned and informed across the organizations.
This position requires very strong organization, coordination, planning, and verbal/written communication skills.
About You

You are naturally proactive, being able to work across multiple workstreams, and to prioritize well. You are a strong communicator, with good presentation skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Skills and Requirements
- 5 years experience working in a Transcendental Meditation organization or as a certified TM teacher
- Bonus points if you’ve already been trained in how to use the TM app to teach TM with the digital course
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience creating curricula and training content, both live and recorded
- Experience managing projects and executive-level stakeholders
- Comfortable with detailed technical understanding
- Project management knowledge and understanding of project lifecycle
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Experience documenting project plans and progress reports
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in a global non-profit, working with a remote team or in a multinational organization is preferred
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)

Our pay levels are set according to a formula that combines above-median market rate data for the role (we pay 55th percentile of New York market rate for this role, based on
Payscale data) adjusted for your local cost of living based on
Numbeo data.
We take the issue of equitable pay very seriously, and we apply our pay formula to all workers who work 80% or more of full-time hours with us.
